What if I do not know my birth time?
Say so. We use 12:00 and tell you which parts of the chart depend on the exact time.
Can I delete my data?
Yes, any time from your account page. It removes your chats and profiles for good.
What if I get no reply?
Every question gets a reply unless it is one we do not answer (see What we do not answer). If a day passes with nothing, check the chat status and your spam folder.
